keep calling asking for the wrong person

Said they wanted to send out my new medical cards and I told him that I don't have any insurance that I got laid off from work last year. I told him that I didn't want it and he kept insisting on that I needed to try it for 30 days. I told him that it was a scam and He said how is this a scam so I told him that I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST and I just hung up.

Called to all my family cell phones in US in a sequence and gave an impression as if that somebody is trying to frantically trying to reach me from India (local time 1.00am) No answer when trying to reach back. It made us worry about what the call could be for.

some guy called asking to speak to someone's mother. called three times in one day

This number calls my son's phone (who is 14) wanting him to call them back to make money. Please tell me how to make them stop.

Ask for the owner and when told he is not and could a message be taken he hangs up. We are on the do not call registery.

number on caller ID. Does not leave a message. call are about once a day. I answer one day, looking for someone. I don't remember the name. I told them no and please do not call my number again. calls con't.
